Join us for the Healing World of Ayurveda with Grace Kellawon!

You must Register here to receive the Zoom link for this session. (Love Offering is requested as a Donation.)

We invite you to join Grace Kellawon as she shares about the world of Ayurveda…this holistic, alternative medicine that has its roots in India as far back as over 5,000 years ago. Grace will introduce participants to their dosha (energy body), food balance and discuss the benefits of practicing ayurveda as a complimentary system of well-being.

Grace Kellawon is a certified yoga instructor, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. Her painful arthritic knees led her to Ayurveda, the sister medicinal science of Yoga. “Instead of knee replacement surgery, I was given a no-pain life style and full function of my knees without surgery and pharmaceuticals.” After receiving her graduate degree from New York University, Grace began studying accounting at UCLA. She was so stressed and realized that she was seeking security from a job that could not provide it. This led her to the path of yoga and Ayurveda. Grace is also the author of Yoga Meditations.

Join Rev. Veronica on the first Wednesday of each month, as she invites us to dig deeper into spirituality and “365 Science of Mind” by Ernest Holmes … with occasional special guests.

What is Science of Mind? It is a spiritual philosophy that focuses on the basic principle that: what we think about leads to what our life unfolds as. Come to these one-hour discussion groups and open to this powerful philosophy. Each evening also includes prayer and meditation.

At Namasté, we are different because YOU are there!
